To qualify for a mortgage, you must meet the following criteria:
- Permanent Employment
- Self Employed – minimum 2 years accounts.
- PAYE – minimum of 12 months continuous employment.
- Clean bank statements with no referral fees or no unpaid repayments on credit history.
